Despite all the buzz around Mariah Carey and James Packer's break up, the singer appears to be staying strong. Carey was recently spotted out and about for several Halloween activities. She posted an eerie video to her instagram account while dressed up as a cat. In the video, you can her her nails scrape the table while she says "Happy Halloween" int he background. Carey also attended a family halloween event with her ex husband, Nick Cannon, and children, Monroe and Moroccan. She also just recently hosted a West Hollywood dinner with her kids and tne other guests.
