Zayne Malik developed an eating disorder while in One Direction. In the 23-year-old's new autobiography, simply titled, "Zayne," he says that he starved himself while in the group because eating seemed like the one thing in his life he could control. Malik goes on to write, "I'd just go for days -- sometimes two or three days straight -- without eating anything at all. It got quite serious, although at the time I didn't recognize it for what it was."
