Zayn Malik says he suffered from an eating disorder while in One Direction. In his new autobiography, the 23-year-old began limiting his food intake while in the bad because he felt it was the "one thing in his life he could control." He goes on to write, "It wasn't as though I had any concerns about my weight or anything like that. I'd just go for days?sometimes two or three days straight?without eating anything at all." His new book, titled "Zayne" is in bookstores now.
