All the celebrities are out and about today flaunting their creative Halloween costumes. Katherine Heigl was spotted parading her baby bump goth look during lunch on Monday, Oct. 31st in Los Angeles. Looks like Heigl is getting into the Halloween spirit. Heigl was caught wearing a sleek black tunic, and continued to show off her spooky side with some ghoulish makeup and a black wig. Heigl was seen with husband, Josh Kelley, as they grabbed a quick bite to eat at Little Dom?s.
