Comedian and commentator Chelsea Handler has signed with a new publicity firm, 42West. The comedian?s eponymous Netflix talk show was renewed for a second season in July. 42West also has signed Modern Family?s Sarah Hyland. In between her regular gig as eldest Dunphy child Haley on the long-running ABC hit, Hyland co-starred in the EDM film XOXO, which Netflix released on Aug. 26.
