Tori Spelling, accompanied by her children, released a video teaching parents how to make DIY Halloween costumes. Spelling used the theme ?sugar high? and since she is pregnant, Spelling dressed up as a gumboil machine. Her daughter Hattie went as cotton candy, and her song Finn dressed as a blue M&M. Spellings also suggested that parents use clothes their children already own as the base of their costumes.
