According to TMZ, Mariah Carey has told the camp of now ex-fiance James Packer that she wants $50 million dollars from the billionaire as compensation for a highly-publicized disagreement the couple had on a yacht in Greece. The event reportedly rattled Carey so much that she had to cancel the a portion of her most recent concert tour. Representatives for Carey add that it was Packer who asked Carey to uproot her life in New York and more to Los Angels so he could see his children as often as possible. The recent fallout between Carey and Packer has quickly become very volatile with talk of Packer verbally abusing Carey?s assistant and even a cheating scandal involving one of the singer?s backup dancers.
