Ron Howard is already making box office buzz before the weekend gets underway. His new movie Inferno from Sony Pictures grossed $800,000 from 2,874 theaters as it began rolling out in North America Thursday night. The movie stars Tom Hanks opposite Felicity Jones, and it's the third installment in 'The Da Vinci Code' franchise, based on Dan Brown's bestselling book series. Inferno is also the only new nationwide release over Halloween weekend.
