Kate Beckinsale and husband Len Wiseman have confirmed the suspected, the couple is getting a divorce. The news comes a year after ET reported that the Hollywood couple was on the rocks. Court documents state that the couple's date of separation is "to be determined" but the pair is looking to separate as smoothly as possible, denying spousal support from the court and requesting to pay lawyer fees.
