Kenny Chesney is set to receive the Pinnacle Award during the 50th Annual Country Music Association Awards presented live on November 2nd on ABC. The award was created in 2005 to honor country music artists who have achieved global recognition through performances and record sales. Chesney is a worthy recipient with eight CMA awards under his belt including four entertainer of the year awards.
