Justin Timberlake broke a Tennessee law by taking a selfie in his Memphis voting booth on Monday. The singer, who owns property near Nashville, posted the photo to Instagram with a caption urging fans to vote. The Tennessee law prohibits voters from taking video and photographs inside a polling location. A spokesman for the Tennessee Secretary of State said that the singer will not be investigated for the post, but reminded voters that they should not use their phones at the polls.
