People magazine is reporting that sex symbol and "Dancing with the Stars" competitor Amber Rose has taken fancy to her dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy's younger brother Valentin. The couple was spotted on Saturday acting super cozy at Amber's birthday party Saturday. Amber also posted several photos to her Instagram account with Valentin including one captioned only with a heart emoji and another of the two hugging amidst a bunch of balloons.
