It's no secret that Kanye West is one opinionated performer. He's constantly dishing out compliments to friends and family. At his recent Saint Pablo concert in Oakland, the rapper told the audience that he would boycott the Grammy awards if Frank Ocean's new album, Blond, isn't nominated. Ocean's newest album was one of the most anticipated releases of the year. However, it seems like West didn?t do his research or wasn?t informed that Ocean is actually ineligible for any Grammy nominations.
