VIDEO : Shailene Woodley & Jaden Smith Honored EMAs

Shailene Woodley and Jaden Smith recieved the EMA Futures Award for their contributions to the environment. Both actors are passionate about sustainability aand environmental protection. Earlier this month, Woodley was arrested for protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline, which, if built, would contaminate drinking water for a nearby Native American community. During her EMA's acceptance speech, she discussed the severity to protect our natural resources. Jaden Smith attended the event with his family. During his speech, Smith said: "I will not stop this initiative until we are sustainable and running on 100 percent renewable resources."
