Most people know Ariel Winter from her role as "Alex" on Fox's hit TV show, Modern Family. She was first cast as the nerdy younger sister when she was only 11 years old. In the following years, puberty hit and Winter's body began to change shape on the small screen. Just recently, Winter met up with E! News and shared some of her experience of her body being criticized through social media. She said it was very hard growing up in the spotlight, and eventually had to accept that she will never fit any mold. She is also a leader of Dove's new self-esteem project, the #SpeakBeautiful Squad, which encourages positive conversation about women on social media.
