Lauren Conrad just announced some big news. The fashion designer announced her 2016 Halloween costume: a DIY circus performer. The 30-year-old had been giving her fans and followers some hints as to what her always highly-anticipated costume would be this year with Instagram posts here and here and finally unveiled the finished product Wednesday on her website.
