Adele just received an epic anniversary present from her boyfriend of five years. The singer?s current tour ends with a stream of confetti displaying handwritten song lyrics. In celebration of their fifth anniversary, however, the superstar?s boyfriend, Simon Konecki, swapped out the normal confetti with love notes he wrote for the singer. Concertgoers posted handfuls of the notes to social media. Adele and Simon have one child together, and plan on having more.
