It seems impossible, but Adele and Simon Konecki just became even more adorable. The couple recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, but the singer was on tour in Nashville, Tenn., during the occasion. many boyfriends would merely call or send flowers, but not Konecki! If you?ve been to one of Adele?s concerts recently, you know she finishes the performance with confetti raining over the audience. Each slip of paper has a hand-written Adele lyric on it.
