VIDEO : James Franco Sued For A Head Butt

Actor James Franco was sued on Monday for reportedly head-butting a photographer during a Lana Del Rey concert at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The suit, filed by David Tonnessen, says he was taking pictures at the show when he saw Franco ?smiling rather demonically.? The suit claims Franko charged Tonnessen with a ?blank expression of joy on his face,? head-butted him in the stomach, and sent him to the ground. The suit also says Franco ran laughing into the crowd, leaving Tonnessen wounded and in pain.
