Stephen Colbert?s Live Election Night Democracy?s Series Finale: Who?s Going To Clean Up This S??? will air on Nov. 8 at 11 p.m., EST on Showtime allowing the ?Late Show? host to react to the 2016 Presidential election results in real time. Airing live from The Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City with a studio audience, the one-hour program will also feature remote segments and several surprise guests. The election night special is produced by the same team responsible for ?The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.? Showtime president David Nevins first teased the idea of Colbert going live on election night during the TCA summer press tour in August.
