John Carpenter has announced what his involvement is in the remake of "Big Trouble In Little China" and it's not going to please his fans. Despite Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson saying he wants Carpenter to direct the remake, there has been no actual outreach to Carpenter. In an interview with Screen Rant, Carpenter said, "No one?s talked to me about it. Haven?t heard a thing!" The original cult classic was directed by Carpenter and starred Kurt Russell and Kim Cattrall.
