A New York Judge has approved Kesha's request to seal her medical records. As the pop singer continues to fight her legal battles with music producer, Dr. Luke, she filed a motion asking for a protective order for her medical documents. Dr. Luke's legal team refused to keep the 900 pages of records confidential. The judge granted that ?Given the extraordinary media attention? in Kesha's case, keeping the documents sealed out ?insulate her from unnecessary embarrassment.? Kesha is in the midst of attempting to break her exclusive recording contract with Dr. Luke's music label, alleging he sexually and verbally abused her for years.
