Story explained that he helped Hart come up with the concept for the film: a James Bond Spoof. Story got the idea at Hart's first show, where his intro was a "007" skit. They expanded on this idea, and it became the narrative surrounding Hart's third concert movie. The film also features the ultimate modern Bond girl: Halle Berry.
