After and eight year absence, Chris Rock has signed a massive pact with Netflix for two stand-up specials. The multiple Emmy-winning comedian secured 40 million dollars for the specials, which sets a new high mark for a stand-up comic. The first Rock show will tape in 2017. It will follow a new world tour that is also being planned. The 20 million dollars per special is believed to be more than other A-list comedians such as Louis C.K., Jerry Seinfeld and Amy Schumer have commanded.
