The So-Called Queen of Indie film, Parker Posey, is one of our longtime favorites. The actress has never settled for what is expected of her and has always pursued projects that are outside the box. She has made films with Christopher Guest that are particularly shining examples of quirkyness and raw talent. She starred in several of Guest's movies, including Best in Show and Waiting for Guffman. Now Posey and Guest are collaborating again. She's playing a college mascot fiend in Guest's new Netflix movie Mascots. Mascots is a mockumentary about the ridiculous and passionate people behind those sports-team mascots. The flick hits Netflix on October 13th.
