Thomas Haden Church and Sarah Jessica Parker in Divorce. (M-Net) Cape Town - Sarah Jessica Parker takes the lead a brand new HBO series, Divorce. In the dramedy she makes a clean break from the comedic Carrie Bradshaw character she made famous in Sex and the City. This time around, SJP portrays suburban wife and mother, Frances, who finds herself starting over, reassessing her life and her marriage to long-time husband Robert (played by Oscar-nominee Thomas Haden Church).
