Just like fans, Matt LeBlanc found out his former co-host Chris Evans was quitting Top Gear by reading it in the newspaper. In a recent interview, LeBlanc admitted that he had no idea Evans was planning to step away. He said: "I read it in a paper and I thought, 'Hmm... I wonder if I'm going to get a phone call about this?' I didn't know anything about it." LeBlanc admitted that there has been a lot of controversy around the show.
