Gabrielle Union and BET are caught in a stand off as the actress has filed a lawsuit against the station over her latest project, Being Mary Jane. The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday and states that BET is attempting to film two 10 episode seasons of Being Mary Jane back to back in order to as the lawsuit suggests, "cram all of the episodes into a single season in order to fraudulently extend the term of Ms. Union's contract."
