The Donald's latest misogynistic remarks have been made public.
Microphone audio from 2005 was published showing the Republican candidate speaking crassly about an unidentified woman he was apparently trying to be involved with.
?I did try and f--- her. She was married,? said Trump, in comments unearthed reported by The Washington Post, which edited a video tape of the incident.
At one point the candidate also says: "And when you?re a star they let you do it ... You can do anything.?
The paper says Trump made the comments prior to appearing on the set of a Days of Our Lives, where the real estate mogul had a cameo. And he was speaking with Billy Bush of Access Hollywood in some of the comments, the paper reported.
?This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course - not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended," Trump said in a statement.
