Anton yelchin died at the mere age of 27 after a "defective" gearshift in his jeep caused it roll down and pin Yelchin against a gate. Yelchin's parents filed a $5 million wrongful death lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler and ZF North America. However now the dealership which sold Yelchin the vehicle that killed him claims to hold no liability and should be removed from the lawsuit.
