Lady Gaga performed a short set at the 5 Spot bar in Nashville on Wednesday night. The crowd of fans were treated to three new songs from her upcoming album "Joanne." The album is set for release on October 21. The Grammy-winning singer introduced herself to the audience as " Lady Gaga from New York City," but told the crowd, "Tonight... just call me Joanne." Country songwriter Hillary Lindsey performed backup vocals on "A Million Reasons," which she also co-wrote with Gaga. The crowd of about 100 guests chanted, "Joanne," as Gaga told them she "couldn't 'give away too much tonight.'"
