Jamie Foxx made a surprise visit to the presidential palace in Caracas, Venuzuela Tuesday. The film and music star was joined by actor Lukas Haas. The two chatted with the country's controversial president Nicolas Maduro and posed for photos. Foxx hasn't explained exactly why they made the visit, but Venezuelan state television says that the Oscar-winner was there to show his support for the public housing bill being signed that day.
