Ben Affleck insists he isn't as sad about how 'Batman v Superman' turned out as the memes would have you believe.
The memes in reference, of course, are those videos featuring the Batman actor going through what appears to be an existential crisis while at press junkets for the film (complete with Simon and Garfunkel's 'The Sound of Silence' for atmosphere).
While doing press for his latest film, The Accountant, Affleck told reporters, "I loved it. It's the biggest hit of my career and had a lot of editorial negativity, although I think the reviews? fans went, and I got a lot of positive response,"
He concluded, "I?m glad that so many people went and so many people liked the movie and it worked out."
