In an interview with Washington's WTTG, Ben Affleck revealed the title of the new stand-alone Batman film that he's directing and starring in. The film will be called "The Batman." During the interview, Affleck also dismissed critics' harsh reviews of Batman v. Superman, saying that the film was the "biggest hit" of his career. He said that he "loves the film" and felt that its "dark tone" was in keeping with Frank Miller's comic miniseries, "The Dark Knight Returns."
