The reality star is said to be taking legal action against Sediuk, citing that the incident was the second time he had targeted her. According to TMZ, Kardashian will be filing a police report over the latest attack and is seeking to obtain a restraining order against the jokester. Kardashian?s bodyguards and assistant quickly wrestled Sediuk to the ground as Kardashian retreated inside.
