During a quick jog in Central Park, Tom Hanks stumbled upon a couple on their wedding day and stopped to take a photo. Hanks jokingly offered to officiate the wedding, but declined an invitation to the reception. Joking aside, Hanks is an ordained minister. He officiated actress Allison Williams? wedding last year. Before running off again, Hanks snagged a few selfies with the bride and groom as well as the ring bearer and flower girl.
