Amandla Stenberg just booked an exciting new project. The young actress and rising star will play the lead role in the upcoming film: Darkest Minds. Fox is adapting the young adult triology by Alexandra Bracken. Stenberg is probably best known for playing "Rue" in The Hunger Games. She also appeared in As You Are, a Sundance Film Festival award winning movie. Jennifer Yuh Nelson is set to direct the teen sci-fi drama. She is best known for helming the Kung Fu Panda movies. Darkest Minds will be her live-action directorial debut.
