Hilary Duff was spotted out and about in New York City. She was seen holding hands with Jason Walsh. Walsh was her personal trainer, but it looks like they are definitely more than just friends. Early in the day, she spotted in draping grey sweater, some dark jeans, and a tan stocking cap. Later in the day, Duff changed into a short, checkered dress and some pink thigh-high boots. They went to a pizza place for a dinner date in Tribeca.
