VIDEO : Hollywood Finally Responds To Lack Of Diversity

Hollywood is finally addressing the issue of diversity in the entertainment industry. This is coming after big protests such as #OscarsSoWhite and is a much needed adjustment. Variety is set to announce a conference on Monday wherein conversations will be held regarding changing Hollywood's demographic. Group publisher of Variety says, "There is no issue in Hollywood more important and relevant than diversity and inclusion."
