On Friday a judge "granted summary judgement to TMZ" in a lawsuit that actor Jared Leto brought against the celebrity news company. Now the "Suicide Squad" star has "vowed to appeal the decision." In December, Leto filed a suit against the company for copyright infringement after a video with Leto saying he didn't care about Taylor Swift was published.
