NBA star Labron James is taking the next steps on his new TV comedy series. NBC has given a script commitment to the series from producer Bill Lawrence. The show is entitled, There Goes the Neighborhood, and it centers on the first white family to move into a predominantly black, newly gentrified neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio. In July of 2015, James and his producers signed a deal with Warner Bros. Entertainment that spans all areas of content creation. James has been vocal about his desire to expand into TV and film. Last year, he was in the movie "Trainwreck."
