Matt Damon, Sigourney Weaver and Russell Crowe will be on hand to toast Ridley Scott as the director receives his American Cinematheque award. Noomi Rapace, Katherine Waterston, and Kristen Wiig will also pay tribute to the filmmaker behind Alien , Gladiator and Blade Runner . Also being honored at the ceremony will be the Warner Bros. president of worldwide marketing Sue Kroll, who will be presented the Sid Grauman Award by Bradley Cooper. The American Cinematheque Awards will take place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on October 14.
