Adele welcomed a 4-year-old from New Jersey on stage at her concert at New York City's Madison Square Garden. The girl introduced herself to the Grammy winner, and when she was asked how old she was, she shyly held up four fingers. Adele replied, "I have a little boy that's about to turn four." Quinn was wearing noise cancelling headphones that prevented her from being able to hear Adele completely, which caused for some funny moments. Adele complimented Quinn on her concert t-shirt but Quinn didn't seem to hear her. The audience had a laugh and Quinn's mom quickly took the headphones off her daughter.
