Just a few months ago Victoria announced that she "just can't do high heels anymore" and she stayed true to her word, appearing at New York Fashion week in baggy slacks and slip ons. Then the model was spotted dancing in Times Square to the BeeGees. It appears that flats and a new relaxed attitude has changed the game for Victoria!
