Excitement for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is already beginning, even though it's still eight months away from being released. One confirmed addition to the cast is Kurt Russell, who will play the estranged father of Peter Quill. In the comic books, Russell's character is known as Ego, and he's known as "an ancient and powerful being" that usually takes on the appearance of a "living planet." At the Toronto International Film Festival Russell gave some insight into what to expect from the movie.
