Actor John Krasinski has reportedly nabbed a key role in Kathryn Bigelow's upcoming drama on the 1967 riots in Detroit. Details and character information are being kept under lock, but the script by 'Zero Dark Thirty's' Mark Boal is said to be a crime thriller set against the backdrop of the devastating riots that took place in the city over five whole days. Krasinski, who recently directed and starred in the dramatic comedy The Hollars, will also star as the titular character in Amazon's upcoming 'Jack Ryan' series.
