According to Kylie Jenner in a 2011 Q&A with Celebuzz, she got the scar after suffering an injury in a hide and seek game with her sister when they were kids.SHe responded to fan concern over her leg scar and stated simply " I've had it since I was 3 it's in all my pics! I could try&do treatments to remove but i like it I think it makes me!" Kylie also showed off her scar earlier this week when she was hanging out in Miami and at New York's Fashion Week.
