If there is a way to get an honorary MD pop singer Katy Perry deserves it more than anyone. On Monday, the 'Rise' singer announced on Twitter that she helped her older sister deliver her second child right before heading into work! This is the second time Katy has done this, she also helped deliver her sister's first child two years ago. Pretty impressive!
