Cyrus, who is currently a judge on NBC's The Voice, also said she doesn't use Snapchat because she "doesn't know how to use it." Cyrus critiqued the red carpet phenomenon saying, ?Why, when people are starving, am I on a carpet that?s red? Because I?m ?important?? Because I?m ?famous?? That?s not how I roll.
