Amy Poehler, the "Parks and Recreation " star, had been nominated 18 times before for an Emmy, as actor, writer, and producer, but had never won before. All of that changed this weekend, when she won her first Emmy at the Creative Arts Emmys on Saturday. She shared the outstanding guest actress in a comedy series award with Tinay Fey for their recent appearance in last year's Christmas episode of "Saturday Night Live." Neither Phoeler or Fey were in attendance of the event in Los Angeles, but Bob Newhart accepted the Emmy on their behalf.
